My name is Tali Matoko, 25 years old – a model, actress, and owner of an eyebrow design studio.

I was born in Gedera to a traditional Ethiopian religious family, and today I live in central Israel.

I’m independent, ambitious, and I believe every woman can turn her story into inspiration – without shortcuts or privilege.

I grew up in Gedera, in a traditional Ethiopian home shaped by values of faith, modesty, and determination.

From a young age, I felt the urge to express myself – through presence, movement, and creativity.

I tried entering the modeling world, but I didn’t succeed through agencies.

Instead of giving up, I chose to take full control of my life.

I moved to the center of the country and built my own eyebrow design studio – a business I started from scratch, driven by a passion for feminine aesthetics, precision, and independence.

I believe in natural beauty and in feminine strength. I love working out, take care of my body, and studied fitness coaching – because to me, the body and soul are deeply connected.

I’ve built my life through hard work, self-belief, and a clear vision.

I wasn’t born into opportunities – I created them.

Coming from the Ethiopian-Israeli community, I carry my story with pride – and I’m here to make it matter.

Not every path is straight – but I made mine powerful.

Miss Universe has been a childhood dream I couldn’t pursue – until now.

When the competition opened to everyone, I knew it was my time.

Not to be chosen – but to be a light for others.

I’m here to represent courage, renewal, and self-belief.

To show that even if you weren’t born in the right place – you can choose yourself and become everything you dreamed of.

I don’t want to fit in – I want to stand out and inspire.
