• Must be at least 18 years old
• No criminal record
• No erotic photos or videos

Continuing the reform from 2023, married women, divorced women, and mothers remain eligible to participate.

This means that Miss Universe no longer relies on strict requirements for age, height, or weight.

• Proof of Israeli Citizenship (e.g., Israeli passport, Teudat Zehut)
• Proof of Jewish Identity (e.g., rabbinical documents and certificates or documents from Jewish organizations)
• Birth Certificates of Parents or Grandparents (indicating Jewish heritage or Israeli citizenship)
