Short bio:
Melanie Shiraz, 26, is an Israeli entrepreneur and creative with a background in innovation, advocacy, and the arts. She is deeply committed to uplifting women, amplifying underrepresented voices, and strengthening pride and belonging within the Jewish and Israeli community.
Extended Bio:
I’ve always been someone who thrives on building—whether it’s a business, an idea, or a space where others feel seen and inspired. Over the last few years, I’ve launched a startup from the ground up, led global teams, and helped others, especially young women, find their voice in fields like tech and data where they’re often underrepresented.
My connection to Israel is central to who I am. I grew up between cultures, always carrying my Israeli identity with pride, and spent years involved in Jewish and Israeli communities both in Israel and abroad. I took part in national and international conferences and advocacy spaces, learning how to speak up for my values with clarity and compassion.
I’m most passionate about turning ideas into reality—whether it’s launching a company, mentoring others, or standing up for the communities I care about.
Personal Goals:
Through Miss Israel, I want to represent the strength, complexity, and spirit of Israeli women. We are leaders, creators, problem-solvers, and visionaries—and we carry our stories with pride. I want to challenge narrow ideas of what a woman—or a representative—should be, and show that intelligence, compassion, resilience, and elegance can all exist in one person.
